How long will it take to receive my magazine?

Typically, it takes 4-6 weeks to start receiving your subscription, but there are multiple factors that can affect that date. Things including the time of month you place your order, as well as the delivery schedule of the magazine can sometimes make it take much longer. For example if you place an order for a magazine that publishes every other month, and your order was placed right after the last issue, it could take up to 2 months for you to receive your first issue.

If you think you should have received your first issue already, send a note to our customer service team and we will investigate when you should expect your first issue!

What is your refund policy?

Subscription Core and Magazine Update are proud to offer 90 day risk-free magazine subscriptions. If you cancel your order within 90 days of your order date, we will cancel your subscription and provide you a full refund no questions asked.

If more than 90 days have pass since your order was placed, we will still accept cancellation requests, however only refund the remaining time left on your subscription. For example if you cancel your 1 year subscription 6 months after the order is placed, we will refund 50% of the purchase price.

Since we don't save any of your credit card information, any cancellations after 90 days will be processed via check send to the billing address provided when your order was placed. Please be sure to include an updated address if you've move or are no longer receiving mail at that address.
